Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation Policy

At WigfallStyles, we take pride in providing high-quality wigs, hair extensions, and other beauty essentials. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Final Sale Items

The following items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges:

  • Custom orders
  • Made-to-order units
  • Pre-orders
  • Sale units

Returns & Refunds

For eligible items (non-custom, ready-to-ship units), returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • You must request a return within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Full Refund Eligibility

If an item is eligible for a full refund, the following conditions apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped.
  • Custom, made-to-order, and pre-order units cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Shipping, Tracking & Fulfillment Policy

At WigfallStyles, we strive to ensure a smooth and efficient shipping process for all of our customers. Please review our policy below for details on order processing, shipping timelines, and tracking information.

Order Processing & Shipping Timelines

  • Processing Time: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before they are shipped.
  • Ready-to-Ship Units & Products: Ship within 3-5 business days after processing.
  • Pre-Orders: Ship within 10-15 business days after processing.

What Are Business Days?

Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and official public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

Shipping & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
  • Carrier Responsibility: Once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, they assume full responsibility for its delivery.
  • If your package is lost or stolen, please work directly with the shipment carrier to initiate an investigation. While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will assist you in working with the carrier to resolve the matter.

International Shipping

  • We offer worldwide shipping!
  • If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact customer service for assistance in placing your order.
  • Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
